NOVELTY - A humidity-sensitive device preparing method involves taking 30 mu l graphene oxide prepared by Hummer process at a concentration of 3-5 mg/mL added dropwise, dropping between the channels of the metal electrode. The metal electrode is naturally dried at room temperature followed by applying voltage to the dried metal electrode under high humidity, asymmetric reduction of graphene oxide metal electrode channels to obtain device with oxygen-containing functional groups of graphene oxide with concentration gradient distribution. USE - Method for preparing humidity-sensitive device that is utilized for detecting humidity signals. ADVANTAGE - The device has high sensitivity and self-operating without relying on external voltage.
