NOVELTY - Aqueous heat-insulating anti-corrosive paint comprises 40-70 pts. wt. organic silicon modified epoxy emulsion, 10-35 pts. wt. secondary film forming agent, 0.5-3 pts. wt. thixotropic thickening agent, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.1-0.4 pts. wt. wetting agent,0.1-0.2 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. preservative, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. flatting agent, 15-20 pts. wt. filler, 10-20 pts. wt. hollow glass bead, and 1-10 pts. wt. aqueous curing agent. USE - Aqueous heat-insulating anti-corrosive paint. ADVANTAGE - (1) The aqueous heat preservation heat insulation anti-corrosion paint has low heat conducting coefficient. The heat insulating effect is good, the adhesive force of the coating and the base material is large, and it is not easy to fall off. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of aqueous heat insulating anti-corrosion coating, involving: a. taking organic silicon modified epoxy emulsion, dispersant, wetting agent, 1/2 antifoaming agent, 1/2 preservative, thixotropic, thickening agent, flatting agent, secondary film-forming agent, and aqueous curing agent; b. mixing to obtain the material liquid; c. adding graphene oxide glass flake nano titanium dioxide aluminium hydroxide in the material liquid at the rotating speed of 1000-2000 r/min; d. dispersing for 30min; e. adding hollow glass micro-bead into stirring at the rotating speed of 200-400 r/min; f. adding the rest antifoaming agent, preserving and stirring uniformly to obtain the aqueous heat insulating anti-corrosion coating.
