NOVELTY - A non-woven laminated sheet comprises a nonwoven fabric layer comprising a long fiber laminated with a functional material and a sheet laminated with the non-woven fabric layer. The functional material includes polyurethane, methyl ethyl ketone, carbon black and additives. The additive includes a carbon material. The additive further includes a material chosen from loess, charcoal and germanium. The carbon material includes a material chosen from graphene, single-walled carbon nanotubes, double-walled carbon nanotubes, multiwalled carbon nanotubes, reduced graphene oxide, and graphite. The weight content ratio of polyurethane, methyl ethyl ketone, carbon black and additives of the functional material is 13-20:30-40:10-20:1-20. USE - Non-woven laminated sheet used for heating mats for bed and flooring for outdoor. ADVANTAGE - The nonwoven laminated sheet has ability to block electromagnetic waves and water pulse waves, excellent effect in insulation, cushioning and durability compared to existing used carpet or sheet by laminating nonwoven fabric with sheet, and effect of blocking moisture from the floor and distributing heat while securing adhesiveness between the layers by laminating the nonwoven with the sheet through simple continuous manufacturing process. Compared to the existing short-fiber nonwoven fabric, it produces less dust or fluff during processing, and the nonwoven laminated sheet is lightweight and easy to move and handle, and has long service life and durability with resistance to breakage compared to low-cost mats and floor plates. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of the non-woven laminated sheet, which involves (a) laminating a functional material to the long fiber, (b) sequentially connecting and installing a roll in which the functional material is laminated, nonwoven fabric, PVC fabric, glass fiber, and upper layer, and applying or foaming an adhesive to the surface of the roll to form an adhesive layer, (c) operating the roll at the same time to continuously laminate the nonwoven fabric, PVC fabric, glass fiber, and the upper layer to which the functional material is laminated to manufacture the nonwoven laminated sheet, and (d) cutting the non-woven laminated veneer to a predetermined length using a cutter, and winding the nonwoven laminated veneer in a roll shape through a winding roll.
