▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A biosensor comprises a working electrode, an auxiliary electrode and a reference electrode, where the work electrode is piperazine modified reducing oxidation graphene modified glassy carbon electrode that is obtained by mixing chitosan solution and piperazine, mixing reducing graphene oxide solution, ultrasonic dispersing, to obtain composite material, ultrasonic vibration again, after the swirl uniformly dispersing dropwise to clean glassy carbon electrode surface, drying by air, adding perfluorinated sulfonic acid solution on the glassy carbon electrode, drying by airing to obtain product. USE - Piperazine modified reducing oxidation graphene modified glassy carbon working electrode based biosensor for detecting DNA base modification. ADVANTAGE - The biosensor can detect DNA bases individually or simultaneously detected, and has a wide linear range, lower detection limits, higher sensitivity and less interference reaction, mild reaction conditions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A biosensor comprises a working electrode, an auxiliary electrode and a reference electrode, where the work electrode is piperazine modified reducing oxidation graphene modified glassy carbon electrode that is obtained by mixing chitosan solution and piperazine, mixing reducing graphene oxide solution, ultrasonic dispersing for 0.5-1 hour, allowing to stand for 1-3 hours to obtain composite material, ultrasonic vibration again, after the swirl uniformly dispersing dropwise to clean glassy carbon electrode surface, drying by air, adding perfluorinated sulfonic acid solution on the glassy carbon electrode, drying by airing to obtain product.
