NOVELTY - A nickel-graphene-reinforced polyurethane foam rubber comprises diphenylmethane diisocyanate, trioxypolyoxypropylene ether, castor oil, glycerol, diethyl phosphate, 1 mol/L sodium hydroxide solution, diatomite, distilled water, triethanolamine, dibutyltin dilaurate, octylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, silicone resin, graphene, anhydrous ethanol, dimethylformamide solution and nickel powder. USE - Nickel-graphene-reinforced polyurethane foam rubber is used for switchgear groove. ADVANTAGE - The nickel-graphene-reinforced polyurethane foam rubber has excellent electromagnetic shielding effect, and sealing performance, and extends service life of switchgear groove by shielding electromagnetic waves. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A nickel-graphene-reinforced polyurethane foam rubber comprises 150-160 pts. wt. diphenylmethane diisocyanate, 100-105 pts. wt. trioxypolyoxypropylene ether, 100-110 pts. wt. castor oil, 5-6 pts. wt. glycerol, 40-43 pts. wt. diethyl phosphate, certain amount of 1 mol/L sodium hydroxide solution, 13-15 pts. wt. diatomite, 5-6 pts. wt. distilled water, 2-3 pts. wt. triethanolamine, 3-4 pts. wt. dibutyltin dilaurate, 2-3 pts. wt. octylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, 3-4 pts. wt. silicone resin, 4-5 pts. wt. graphene, 7-8 pts. wt. anhydrous ethanol, 9-10 pts. wt. dimethylformamide solution and 2-3 pts. wt. nickel powder. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of nickel-graphene-reinforced polyurethane foam rubber.
