NOVELTY - Method for preparing and reducing graphene oxide involves adding astaxanthin to the graphene oxide solution, where the mass ratio of the astaxanthin and the graphene is 10-2:1-10:1, and reacting uniformly to obtain a reduced graphene oxide. USE - The method is useful for preparing and reducing graphene oxide by astaxanthin, which is used for lithium ion battery electrode material and preparation of adsorption material. ADVANTAGE - The method uses little dose of non-toxic deoxidizer to prepare reduced graphene oxide, and is easy to control. The method provides a safety for preparing and reducing graphene oxide by natural astaxanthin with simple operation, economical efficiency and high efficiency.
