NOVELTY - A protective liner plate contains base material, fabric material and binder material. The base material comprises graphene, alumina, corundum, mullite, chlorate cement, aluminum phosphate and sodium hexametaphosphate. The fabric material comprises alumina, diatomaceous earth, corundum, mullite, chlorate cement, aluminum phosphate and sodium hexametaphosphate. The binder material comprises sodium aluminate and water glass. USE - The protective liner plate is useful for vacuum melting furnace. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A protective liner plate contains base material, fabric material and binder material. The base material comprises 5-10 pts. wt. graphene, 10-15 pts. wt. alumina, 20-30 pts. wt. corundum, 20-30 pts. wt. mullite, 10-12 pts. wt. chlorate cement, 2-4 pts. wt. aluminum phosphate and 1-3 pts. wt. sodium hexametaphosphate. The base material has average particle size of less than or equal to 0.5 mu m. The fabric material comprises 10-13 pts. wt. alumina, 10-15 pts. wt. diatomaceous earth, 20-25 pts. wt. corundum, 15-20 pts. wt. mullite, 5-8 pts. wt. chlorate cement, 1-3 pts. wt. aluminum phosphate and 1-3 pts. wt. sodium hexametaphosphate. The fabric material has average particle size of 2-5 mu m. The binder material comprises 10-16 pts. wt. sodium aluminate and 10-20 pts. wt. water glass.
