▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Hydrophobic cellulose-chitosan high barrier composite film comprises chitosan grafted graphene, hydrophobic nanocellulose and oxidized cellulose in a mass ratio of 5-40:50-120:100. USE - Used as hydrophobic cellulose-chitosan high barrier composite film. ADVANTAGE - The method: improves compatibility of the graphene nanoparticles with cellulose; uniformly disperses graphene nanoparticles in the gap of the cellulose film to form continuous and dense barrier layer, which improves the ability of the cellulose film to block oxygen; improves the contact angle between the cellulose film and water molecules; and enhances the hydrophobic properties of the film material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the composite film, comprising (i) adding carboxylated graphene to the absolute ethanol solvent, placing in an ultrasonic sub-processor for ultrasonic dispersion, dropping sulfoxide chloride, reacting at 50-70 degrees C for 4-10 hours, and filtering, washing and drying to prepare graphene chloride, (ii) adding chitosan to the absolute ethanol solvent, adding glacial acetic acid until the chitosan dissolves, then adding graphene chloride, dispersing uniformly with ultrasound, then heating to 100-110 degrees C, reacting for 24-48 hours, and filtering, washing and drying to prepare chitosan grafted grapheme, (iii) adding nanocellulose to the distilled water solvent, uniformly dispersing by ultrasound, then adding an aqueous solution of sodium bromide and sodium hypochlorite and 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine oxide in a mass ratio of 100:30-35:70-80:6-7, reacting at 20-30 degrees C for 2-6 hours, during the reaction, slowly adding sodium hydroxide to control the pH of the solution to 10, and precipitating, filtering, washing and dialysis to prepare carboxylated nanocellulose, (iv) adding aldehyde-based nanocellulose to the distilled water solvent, adding octadecylamine, activator diisopropylcarbodiimide and catalyst N-hydroxysuccinimide after the ultrasonic dispersion is uniform, reacting at 20-30 degrees C for 20-30 hours, centrifuging, and washing to prepare long-chain alkylated hydrophobic nanocellulose, (v) adding cellulose to the distilled water solvent, adding sodium iodate periodate after the ultrasonic dispersion, heating to 40-60 degrees C for 3-8 hours, and filtering, washing and drying to prepare oxidized cellulose, and (vi) adding chitosan grafted graphene, oxidized cellulose and hydrophobic nanocellulose to an acetic acid solution with a mass fraction of 2-4%, uniformly dispersing by ultrasound, heating to 50-80 degrees C, reacting for 4-10 hours, filtering, washing and drying, placing solid mixture in ethanol solvent, ultrasonically uniformly dispersion, then stirring at a uniform speed for 10-20 hours, pouring into a film-forming mold, and naturally drying.
