▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Material comprises ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, polypropylene, surface modified graphene oxide, flow modifying agent, bacteriostat and antioxidant. The surface modified graphene oxide prepared by preparing graphene oxide by Hummers method, dispersing the graphene oxide in proper solvent, adding into the reaction kettle, adding proper pyridine under the condition of stirring, adding tetrahydrofuran and thionyl chloride under ice water bath condition, dripping the mixed aqueous solution of 1-3-bis (3-amino-propyl)-1-1-3-3-tetramethyl disiloxane and gamma -aminopropylsilsesquioxane into the reaction kettle, stirring and reacting for 10-12 hours under the condition of 70-90 degrees C, washing the methanol and drying to obtain the surface modified graphene oxide, where the molar ratio of tetrahydrofuran, thionyl chloride, 1-3-bis (3-amino-propyl)-1-1-3-3 -mixture of tetramethyl disiloxane and gamma -aminopropyl silsesquioxane and graphene oxide is (45-60):(20-35):1:(0.2-0.6). USE - The material is useful for preventing chemical corrosion of tons barrel. ADVANTAGE - The method improve the anti-corrosion performance of the material by utilizing surface modified graphene oxide. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Material comprises 25-40 pts. wt. ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, 15-20 pts. wt. polypropylene, 2-8 pts. wt. surface modified graphene oxide, 1-5 pts. wt. flow modifying agent, 1-2 pts. wt. bacteriostat and 0.05-1.5 pts. wt. antioxidant. The surface modified graphene oxide prepared by preparing graphene oxide by Hummers method, dispersing the graphene oxide in proper solvent, adding into the reaction kettle, adding proper pyridine under the condition of stirring, where the stirring time is 0.5-1 hours, adding tetrahydrofuran and thionyl chloride under ice water bath condition, dripping the mixed aqueous solution of 1-3-bis (3-amino-propyl)-1-1-3-3-tetramethyl disiloxane and gamma -aminopropylsilsesquioxane into the reaction kettle, stirring and reacting for 10-12 hours under the condition of 70-90 degrees C, washing the methanol and drying to obtain the surface modified graphene oxide, where the molar ratio of tetrahydrofuran, thionyl chloride, 1-3-bis (3-amino-propyl)-1-1-3-3 -mixture of tetramethyl disiloxane and gamma -aminopropyl silsesquioxane and graphene oxide is (45-60):(20-35):1:(0.2-0.6). An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preventing the chemical corrosion of tons barrel, comprising (i) adding the surface modified graphene oxide, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene and polypropylene into planetary ball mill, where the ball milling time is 1-2 hours and the milling speed is 400-600 revolutions/minute; and (ii) orderly adding ball milled material, flow modifying agent, bacteriostat and antioxidant into the high speed mixer, mixing at a high speed, passing the mixture through double-screw extruder to granulate and obtaining modified plastic particles.
