NOVELTY - A graphene oxide-rambutan-like polyaniline hollow sphere nano sensitive material-based flexible planar ammonia gas sensor comprises flexible polyethylene terephthalate substrate, a nano-sensitive material grown in situ on the surface of a polyethylene terephthalate substrate, where the nano sensitive material is grapheme oxide-rambutan polyaniline hollow sphere nano sensitive material, and the sensor is prepared by dissolving aniline and sulfonated polystyrene in 1M hydrochloric acid, ultrasonically dispersing, adding grapheme oxide to the solution with grapheme oxide concentration of grapheme oxide, and dispersing, dissolving ammonium persulfate in 1M hydrochloric acid and stirred, pouring the resulting solution, placing in a polyethylene terephthalate substrate, and reacted in an ice-water mixing bath, placing polyethylene terephthalate substrate in dimethyl formamide solution, and placing in 1 M hydrochloric acid, dried to obtain finished product. USE - Graphene oxide-rambutan-like polyaniline hollow sphere nano sensitive material-based flexible planar ammonia gas sensor for atmospheric environment (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide-rambutan-like polyaniline hollow sphere nano sensitive material-based flexible planar ammonia gas sensor has rapid response recovery speed. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene oxide-rambutan-like polyaniline hollow sphere nano sensitive material-based flexible planar ammonia gas sensor comprises flexible polyethylene terephthalate substrate, a nano-sensitive material grown in situ on the surface of a polyethylene terephthalate substrate, where the nano sensitive material is grapheme oxide-rambutan polyaniline hollow sphere nano sensitive material, and the sensor is prepared by dissolving 0.1-0.5 mmol aniline, 0.05-0.5 mL and 10-30 mg/mL sulfonated polystyrene in 10-30 mL of 1M hydrochloric acid, ultrasonically dispersing for 20-40 minutes, adding grapheme oxide to the solution with grapheme oxide concentration of grapheme oxide of 0.1-5 wt.%, and ultrasonically dispersing for 20-50 minutes, dissolving 0.1-0.5 mmol ammonium persulfate in 10-30 mL and 1M hydrochloric acid and stirred for 20-40 minutes, pouring the resulting solution, placing in a polyethylene terephthalate substrate, and reacted in an ice-water mixing bath for 1-5 hours, placing polyethylene terephthalate substrate in dimethyl formamide solution for 10-15 hours to completely remove the sulfonated polystyrene spheres, and placing in 1 M hydrochloric acid for 1-10 hours, dried at room temperature to obtain finished product, the length of the polyethylene terephthalate substrate is 5-15 mm, and the width is 5-10 mm and thickness is 100-200 mu m.
