▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A carbon-based composite filler comprises carbon-based filler having three-dimensional structure. The inner surface and outer surface of carbon-based filler are combined with molecules of first resin by interface modifier chemical bond. The inner hole and/or gap of carbon filler is filled with first resin. The molecule of first resin is used for improving compatibility of carbon filler and first resin when mixing. The first resin is used for occupying aperture and/or gap to avoid gap and/or gap in storing air, and supporting aperture and/or gap to maintain three-dimensional structure. USE - The carbon-based composite filler is used for high heat-conducting electromagnetic shielding composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The product solves problem that heat-conducting and electromagnetic shielding performance of epoxy resin electromagnetic shielding material cannot be effectively and greatly improved so that it is limited in field of heat and electromagnetic shielding management material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a method for preparing carbon-based composite filler comprising drying carbon filler, interface modifier and first solvent to obtain modified mixture, uniformly mixing modified mixture, first resin and second solvent, and removing second solvent; (2) a high heat-conducting electromagnetic shielding composite material comprising carbon-based composite filler; and (3) a method for preparing of high heat-conducting electromagnetic shielding composite material comprising mixing carbon-based composite filler with second resin to obtain mixed material and hot-pressing by hot-pressing mold.
