NOVELTY - The production method of graphene-based transparent electrically-conductive thin film involves adding graphene oxide to ethanol, stirring to obtain mixture (A), adding silane coupling agent and ethanol, mixing to obtain mixture (B), dripping mixture (B) into mixture (A), reacting, mixing hydrazine hydrate and mixture (C), reacting, washing with ethanol and water and freeze-drying, ultrasonically dispersing modified reduction graphene powder in organic solvent, adding polyurethane to graphene solution, mixing, coating mixture on substrate to form thin film and irradiating. USE - The method is useful for producing graphene-based transparent electrically-conductive thin film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method ensures economical production of graphene-based uniform and compact thin film with excellent transparency and electrical conductivity and high material utilization rate and yield and without using expensive laboratory equipment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The production method of graphene-based transparent electrically-conductive thin film involves adding graphene oxide to ethanol, stirring to obtain mixture (A), adding silane coupling agent and ethanol, mixing at 40-80 degrees C to obtain mixture (B), dripping mixture (B) into mixture (A), reacting for 2-15 hours to obtain mixture (C), mixing hydrazine hydrate and mixture (C) in a mass ratio of 1:20-100, reacting for 2-15 hours, washing with ethanol and water and freeze-drying to obtain modified reduction graphene powder, ultrasonically dispersing modified reduction graphene powder in organic solvent for 6 hours to obtain graphene solution, adding polyurethane to graphene solution, uniformly mixing, uniformly coating mixture on a substrate to form a thin film, irradiating thin film coated substrate under UV light, placing thin film coated substrate in a tube furnace and heat-treating at different temperature under different atmosphere. The mass ratio of graphene oxide and ethanol is 1:10-200. The mass ratio of silane coupling agent and ethanol is 1:1-20. The mass ratio of modified reduction graphene powder and organic solvent is 1:10-200. The mass ratio of graphene solution and polyurethane is 1:0.5-10. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for graphene transparent electrically-conductive thin film prepared by the above method.
