▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing lanthanum/ Lanthanum oxide sulfide- reduced graphene oxide Mott-Schottky heterojunction material, comprises (i) ultrasonic dispersing the lanthanum source, sulfur source, potassium citrate and graphene oxide uniformly to obtain dispersion A; (ii) heating the dispersion A to react to obtain a precursor; (iii) washing and drying the precursor; and (iv) calcining the precursor dried at a high temperature under a protective atmosphere. USE - The material useful in electrocatalytic materials, for oxygen reduction reaction and oxygen evolution reaction, and zinc-air batteries (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has simple operation, low cost and easy control. The material has excellent electro-catalysis performance, and replaces the traditional expensive noble metal compound electrocatalyst. The method solves the problem of high price and bad stability of the existing bifunctional electro catalyst.
