NOVELTY - Lubricating oil additive comprises 14-17 pts. wt. sulfurized isobutylene, 8-12 pts. wt. sulfurized calcium alkylphenol, 40-50 pts. wt. methyl methacrylate, 5-8 pts. wt. glycerol acrylate, 7-10 pts. wt. phosphate ester and 4-7 pts. wt. modified graphene. USE - Used as lubricating oil additive. ADVANTAGE - The lubricating oil additive: has improved lubricating effect, prolonged service life, and extends the life of components and electromechanical equipment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing lubricating oil additive comprising (i) placing graphene in acid solution and soaking for 20-25 minutes, rinsing graphene with deionized water and used again, (ii) placing graphene treated in step (i) into the reaction vessel containing solution A, and continue stirring, where solution A consists of 12-15 pts. wt. sodium hydroxide, 3-5 pts. wt. oleic acid, 2-4 pts. wt. sodium hexametaphosphate, 6-8 pts. wt. silane coupling agent and 90-100 pts. wt. water, (iii) adding iron salt solution into the reaction vessel, then maintaining the temperature in the reaction vessel at 50-55 degrees C, and continue the ultrasonic reaction treatment for 20-25 minutes, and (iv) removing solution in the reactor by centrifugal filtration, and placing obtained residue in drying oven and drying for 1-1.5 hours before removed.
