▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An inorganic non-metal compound wave absorbing material comprises a graphene nano-layer (0.1-50 vol.%), and an inorganic non-metal. USE - An inorganic non-metal compound wave absorbing material for guided missile, battle-plane, television broadcasting communication, or microwave dark room (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has high temperature resistance, is resistant to corrosion, has good wave absorbing performance and improved wave absorbing efficiency, has reduced surface reflection, and has simple preparation method that can be applied for industrialized production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the absorbing material comprising: (A) mixing graphene nano-layer with inorganic non-metal; and (B) sintering obtained mixture at normal pressure sintering at 1200-1500 degrees C for 1-20 hours, hot pressing sintering at 1350-1600 degrees C and pressure of 20-30 MPa for 180-230 minutes, hot isostatic press sintering at 1400-1500 degrees C and pressure of 100-200 MPa for 200-250 minutes, or discharging plasma sintering at 1250-1500 degrees C and pressure of 30-60 MPa for 15-30 minutes.
