▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing aqueous epoxy-modified graphene oxide nano composite coating, involves mixing composite emulsion containing modified graphene oxide water with an epoxy curing agent and an auxiliary agent, and pouring into a mold for drying, coating on a steel plate, and drying to obtain an anticorrosive composite coating. The composite emulsion containing the modified graphene oxide aqueous dispersion is obtained by mixing the modified graphene oxide aqueous dispersion and a water-based epoxy emulsion. The modified graphene oxide aqueous dispersion is prepared by stirring 1-ethyl-(3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide hydrochloride and an N-hydroxysuccinimide compound in an ice-water bath under a buffer system at a pH of 5.5. The graphene oxide aqueous dispersion is added, and stirred in an ice bath, and then adjusted pH of the dispersion to 7.4 by the addition of a pH 14 buffer. USE - Method for preparing aqueous epoxy-modified graphene oxide nano composite coating used in heavy anti-corrosion, such as automobiles, ships, pipelines, containers, and storage tanks. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to improve the dispersion and compatibility of graphene oxide in aqueous epoxy resin, further improve the mechanical properties of aqueous epoxy resin and the anti-corrosion and barrier properties of coatings. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing aqueous epoxy-modified graphene oxide nano composite coating, involves mixing composite emulsion containing modified graphene oxide water with an epoxy curing agent and an auxiliary agent, and pouring into a mold for drying, coating on a steel plate, and drying to obtain an anticorrosive composite coating. The polyether amine PEA is added at normal temperature, continuously stirred, separated and purified, and dispersed in deionized water again to obtain the modified graphene oxide aqueous dispersion, where the 1-ethyl-(3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide hydrochloride is EDC, and the N-hydroxysuccinimide compound is NHS. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for an aqueous epoxy-modified graphene oxide nano composite coating prepared by method.
