▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A nickel-mercapto complex is prepared by dissolving nickel salt and sulfur-containing ligand in deionized water, mixing, stirring, adding organic solvent, centrifuging mixture, washing with deionized water, collecting precipitate and drying precipitate in vacuum. A sintered material is prepared by weighing nickel-mercapto complex, placing nickel-mercapto complex in vacuum sintering furnace, sintering and cooling mixture. The sintered material is immersed in acid solution, soaked, filtered and dried, to obtain nickel sulfide-graphene nanocomposite. USE - Preparation of nickel sulfide-graphene nanocomposite used for electrode material of lithium-ion battery, photocatalytic device and photovoltaic device. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of nickel sulfide-graphene nanocomposite having excellent electrochemical capacitance characteristics and fluorescence characteristics, and low charge transfer resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A nickel-mercapto complex is prepared by dissolving nickel salt and sulfur-containing ligand in predetermined amount of deionized water or organic solvent, mixing, stirring, adding organic solvent, centrifuging mixture, washing with deionized water, collecting precipitate and drying precipitate in vacuum. A sintered material is prepared by weighing predetermined amount of nickel-mercapto complex, placing nickel-mercapto complex in vacuum sintering furnace, sintering, supplying nitrogen to vacuum sintering furnace and cooling mixture to room temperature to form white powder attached to surface of black solid. The sintered material is immersed in acid solution, soaked, filtered and dried, to obtain nickel sulfide-graphene nanocomposite.
