USE - Manufacture of laminated structure used as transparent conductive film for electronic device e.g. display and touch panel (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently provides laminated structure with high through-put and suppressed peeling of layers. The electronic device having high reliability is efficiently provided using laminated structure.
