NOVELTY - Complex material comprises 90-110 pts. wt. acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), 50-70 pts. wt. styrene-ethylene/propylene-styrene block copolymer, 30-40 pts. wt. core-shell structure methyl methacrylate butadiene styrene (MBS), 20-30 pts. wt. ethylene-methyl acrylate copolymer, 20-40 pts. wt. diisononyl phthalate, 2-5 pts. wt. multi-layer graphene nanosheets, and 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - Used as complex material. ADVANTAGE - The material: is ultra-soft, and ultra-tough; utilizes the ABS as a base material; expands the application of ABS materials, which can be widely used in components and device with flexible requirements; reduces the tensile strength and notched impact strength of ABS complexes; and realizes the flexibility of the material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the complex material, comprising (i) placing multi-layer graphene nanosheet in dehydrated alcohol, ultrasonically dispersing for 20-30 minutes, heating styrene-ethylene/propylene-styrene block copolymer to a molten state, pouring the multi-layer graphene nanosheet dispersion, stirring and mixing at high speed for 3-5 minutes, degassing to remove absolute ethanol in a molten state, cooling and crushing it to granules, (ii) uniformly mixing ABS, core-shell structure MBS, diisononyl phthalate and antioxidant according to the proportion to obtain mixed material S1, and (iii) adding mixed material S1 into a extruder from the main feeding inlet, adding the granules obtained in step (i) into the extruder from the side feeding port, melting, extruding and granulating.
