NOVELTY - The LCD has an LCD panel (200) provided with a thin film transistor array base plate (20) and a color film base plate (40). The thin film transistor array substrate is coated on the color film base plate. A liquid crystal layer (30) is formed between the thin film transistor array substrate and the color film base plate. The thin film transistor array base plate is located on a backlight mold group (100) and an upper polarizer (10). A quantum point color filter thin film (42) is provided with a graphene quantum point and an oxidation graphene quantum point. USE - LCD. ADVANTAGE - The LCD has wide application range, high working efficiency, oxidation graphene quantum point safety performance and screen brightness, and reduces display power consumption rate.
