NOVELTY - Preparation of nano-heavy metal wastewater ion-adsorption microspheres, involves (i) ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water, adding pore-forming agent and glucose, mixing, electrostatically spraying, immersing in organic solvents, drying to obtain porous nano-graphene microspheres, (ii) dispersing nano-graphene microspheres in ethanol, adding 1,3,5-tris(3-(trimethoxysilyl)propyl)-1,3,5-triazine-2,4,6(1H,3H,5H)-trione and haloalkane, stirring, centrifuging, washing, drying, (iii) immersing in aqueous solution of hematoporphyrin, carrying out ion exchange. USE - Preparation of nano-heavy metal wastewater ion-adsorption microspheres (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The ion-adsorption microspheres have excellent adsorption effect on heavy metal ions, large adsorption capacity and easy adsorption and desorption property, and is low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of nano-heavy metal wastewater ion-adsorption microspheres, involves (i) mixing graphene oxide with deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing for 15-20 minutes, adding pore-forming agent, dispersing evenly pore-forming agent in graphene oxide, adding glucose, mixing evenly, electrostatically spraying, performing wet collection, then immersing in organic solvents for 5-6 hours, using near-point drying method for drying for 6-10 hours to obtain porous nano-graphene microspheres, (ii) dispersing nano-graphene microspheres in ethanol, adding 1,3,5-tris(3-(trimethoxysilyl)propyl)-1,3,5-triazine-2,4,6(1H,3H,5H)-trione, stirring at 40-50 degrees C for 3-5 hours, adding haloalkane, stirring for 4-6 hours, centrifuging, performing centrifugal washing with ethyl acetate and diethyl ether 3-5 times, drying in vacuum drying oven at 50-70 degrees C for 10-12 hours to obtain surface-modified porous graphene microspheres, (iii) immersing prepared surface-modified porous graphene microspheres in an aqueous solution of hematoporphyrin with a mass fraction of 10-20% for 60-72 hours, carrying out ion exchange, filtering and washing with water 3-5 times, drying in a vacuum oven at 50-70 degrees C for 10-12 hours.
