▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Electrochemical immune sensor prepared by preparing probe by magnetic nanoparticle (gold-iron oxide (Au-Fe3O4))-horseradish peroxidase (HRP) and anti-immunoglobulin M (IgM) secondary antibody, detecting nafion-graphene oxide mixed solution (Nf-GS), poly thionine (PTH), a gold nanoparticles (AuNPs), and setting electrochemical immune sensor by measuring Toxoplasma gondii (Tg)-IgM and then drawing work curve, is claimed. USE - The electrochemical immune sensor is useful for detecting Toxoplasma gondii-immunoglobulin M antibody (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrochemical immune sensor allows simple and economical detection of theToxoplasma gondii-immunoglobulin M antibody with improved sensitivity and good reproducing property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for making electrochemical immune sensor comprising dripping Nf-GS solution (5 mu ) on a surface of glassy carbon electrode and then drying, preparing Nf-GS modified glassy carbon electrode, introducing modified electrode into acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) (3 mM/l) having a pH value of 6 and AuNPs solution, generating Nf-GS modified glassy carbon electrode and PTH/Nf-GS modified glassy carbon electrode and then washing distilled water, adding arc-specific capture antigen (5 mu l) to modified electrode surface and then incubating at 4 degrees C for 8 hours, adding 5 mu l of bovine serum albumin (BSA) (25 wt.%) for sealing electrode surface of non-specific binding sites, reacting at room temperature for 40 minutes, coating Tg-IgM standard solution to prepare modified electrode surface, reacting at proper temperature for a period of time, adding Au-Fe3O4-HRP and anti-IgM probe solution combined with the surface of the electrode Tg-IgM, and adding ABS and hydrogen peroxide (25 mM).
