NOVELTY - Secondary battery comprising a cathode plate and a separator, where the cathode plate comprises a three-dimensional framework. The three-dimensional framework includes a first layer framework and a second layer framework. The first layer framework comprises one-dimensional conductive fibers, and the second layer framework comprises zero-dimensional materials, one-dimensional materials, and two-dimensional materials. The zero-dimensional material is a lithium-affinitive material. The thickness of the three-dimensional framework is 10-200 μm, the thickness of the first layer framework is 0-10 μm, and the thickness of the second layer framework is 10-200 μm. The zero-dimensional material, the second layer framework, is 1-30 wt.%, and one-dimensional material to the two-dimensional material is 1:7-20:1. USE - Secondary battery i.e. lithium as ion battery, for an electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The secondary battery has improved coulomb efficiency and cycle performance, and reduced generation of lithium dendrite and death, thus improving the circulation performance and safety performance of the secondary battery.
