▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacturing crystalline graphene oxide comprises (S1) preparing a powdery carbon structure through hydrothermal synthesis; (S2) dispersing the powdery carbon structure in a solvent; and (S3) preparing crystalline graphene oxide by irradiating light to the dispersed carbon structure. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing crystalline graphene oxide which is applied to various industrial fields. ADVANTAGE - The crystalline graphene oxide has photothermal effect induced by a photoreaction in the powdery carbon structure to crystalline graphene oxide and does not require a separate material for producing graphene by directly using a carbon source produces graphene oxide having high crystallinity according to photoreaction conditions. The method has normal hydrothermal synthesis and light reaction conditions compared to conventional conditions, so it is easy to apply to mass industrial fields.
