▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Heterogeneous catalyst with modified ZSM-48 molecular sieve as a carrier comprises 35-45 wt.% organic base modified ZSM-48 molecular sieve, 2-4 wt.% graphene, 3-11 wt.% active metal component (calculated by element), 13 wt.% extrusion aid, 5-7 wt.% binder, and the remaining of alumina. USE - As heterogeneous catalyst with modified ZSM-48 molecular sieve as a carrier. ADVANTAGE - The heterogeneous catalyst with modified ZSM-48 molecular sieve as a carrier has reaction temperature lower than ordinary ZSM-48 molecular sieve or inorganic base modified ZSM-48 molecular sieve, shows high activity, and provides high selectivity to isohexadecane. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the heterogeneous catalyst with modified ZSM-48 molecular sieve as the carrier comprising (a) mixing the alumina powder, organic base modified ZSM-48 molecular sieve powder, and graphene powder uniformly, and adding the extrusion aid and binder, after fully rolling, shaping, and calcining at 650-750 degrees C for 8-12 hours to obtain a catalyst carrier, (b) impregnating the catalyst support obtained in step (a) with an equal volume of a solution containing a single active metal component for 4-6 hours, drying at 100-120 degrees C for 10-12 hours, and roasting at 650-750 degrees C for 8-12 hours to obtain the catalyst intermediate, and (c) impregnating the catalyst intermediate obtained in step (b) with a solution containing another single active metal component in an equal volume for 4-6 hours, drying at 100-120 degrees C for 10-12 hours and calcining at 650-750 degrees C for 8-12 hours.
