▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing silver nano-wire and graphene alginate composite conductive fiber comprises: (i) preparing silver nano-wires by polyol method and modified Hummers method, dispersing graphene and silver nano-wire in alcohol solution to obtain graphene aqueous solution; (ii) preparing 0.5-5% alginate and 30-80% calcium chloride alcohol solution as a calcium alginate precursor, preparing sodium alginate micron fiber by injecting sodium alginate and calcium chloride alcohol solution into a double injection pump with injection rate of 2-20 ml/minute; (iii) soaking the calcium alginate microfibers in 3-10% sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate solution for 2-10 hours to make positively charged fiber; (iv) drop-wisely adding silver nano-alcohol solution into fiber under stirring condition, stirring for 0.2-1 hour, drop-wisely adding aqueous solution of graphene, stirring for 0.2-1 hour to obtain one-dimensional composite conductive fiber; and (v) centrifuging and washing the composite conductive fiber. USE - The method is useful for preparing silver nano-wire and graphene alginate composite conductive fiber. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and economical, suitable for large batch preparation, suitable for manufacturing microelectronic device circuit and flexible conductor.
