NOVELTY - Use of nitrogen and molybdenum for improving the oxidation temperature sensing property of graphene application is claimed. USE - Nitrogen and molybdenum for improving the oxidation temperature sensing property of graphene application. ADVANTAGE - The nitrogen and molybdenum has increased electric resistance-temperature characteristic and oxidation graphene material, reduced nonlinearity graphene oxide resistivity, reduced oxidation graphene at room temperature and low temperature resistivity and increased measurement accuracy.
