NOVELTY - Preparing elastomer composite material involves (a) preparing 1-10 wt.% nano-silica solution and 0.5-5 wt% oxidized graphene slurry, (b) adding silica solution to the oxidized graphene slurry and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain an aqueous polyurethane/silicon dioxide (SiO2) solution, (c) stirring and evaporating at 50-90℃ to obtain a paste, and freezing dry at -50-10?? C for 6-48 hours, (d) adding the oxidizing graphene silica gas gel to the aqueous polyurethane, dispersing for 20-40 minutes by using a dispersion machine, then dropping the curing agent for 5-15 minutes, placing in temperature box at 50-70℃ to solidify for 1-3 hours, taking out and placing in liquid nitrogen for 10-20 minutes. The aqueous polyurethane/graphene oxide-silica masterbatch and polyurethane elastomer are physically mixed, electrostatically adsorbed, and then injection molded at 160-200℃ to obtain a polyurethane elastomer composite material. USE - Method for preparing elastomer composite material used in preparation of sole material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polyurethane elastomer composite material has high wear resistance and high folding resistance, and has wide application prospect. The material realizes the low adding amount of the graphite, and reduces the production cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a polyurethane elastomer composite material prepared by the method.
