▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Carbon additive for organic coating comprises graphene, carbon nano-tube, and nano-zinc oxide, and the mass ratio of the graphene and carbon nano-tube is 5:1-10:1. The mass ratio of the total mass of the graphene and carbon nano-tube and the nano-zinc oxide is 1:3-1:5. USE - Carbon additive for organic coating. ADVANTAGE - The carbon additive has carbon nano-tube and nano-zinc oxide that can be distributed in the sheet gap of the graphene, the carbon nano-tube reduces the thermal resistance between the graphene sheet layers, it is good for heat transfer, the nano-zinc oxide prevents the carbon nano-tube and graphene from agglomeration, making the carbon nano-tube and graphene form stable three-dimensional heat-conducting structure, which is good for carbon additive uniform heat-conducting, because of the presence of the carbon additive in the organic coating. When the coating on the surface of the heating component, makes the heat of the heating component be transmitted outwards, avoids the heat of the heating component to generate a barrier effect, and further relates to an organic coating and a heating component. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a heating component, where it is coated with the organic coating.
