▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing camptothecin detection molecular imprinting sensor comprises e.g. (i) spraying aluminum oxide powder on surface of the glassy carbon electrode, ultrasonic cleaning, drying to obtain pretreated glassy carbon electrode, (ii) adding concentrated sulfuric acid, graphene, ultrasonic dispersing and drying to obtain graphene oxide, (iii) adding N,N-dimethylformamide, graphene oxide, acrylic acid, trimethylolpropane triacrylate, 2,2'-azobis(2,4-dimethyl)valeronitrile and stirring to obtain capsule, and (iv) adding step (i) glassy carbon electrode, drying to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing camptothecin detection molecular imprinting sensor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sensors has high sensitivity, specificity and rapid detection. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing camptothecin detection molecular imprinting sensor comprises (i) 0.1 mu m aluminum oxide powder spraying on surface of the glassy carbon electrode, then ultrasonic cleaning with high purity water, drying under nitrogen atmosphere, placing the glassy carbon electrode in 10-15 wt.% concentration of ethanol containing gamma -methacryloyloxy trimethoxysilane solution, raising the temperature to 45 plus minus 2 degrees C, soaking for 10-12 hours, washing with ethanol, drying under nitrogen atmosphere to obtain pretreated glassy carbon electrode, (ii) in a reactor, adding 50-60 wt.% concentrated sulfuric acid, 3-8 wt.% graphene, 1-5 wt.% potassium permanganate, ultrasonic dispersing for 20-30 minutes, then adding 32-42 wt.% deionized water, raising the temperature to 65 plus minus 2 degrees C, stirring for 8-10 hours, cooling to room temperature, filtering, washing with deionized water until the filtrate became neutral, and drying under vacuum to obtain graphene oxide, (iii) in the reactor, adding 70-80 wt.% N,N-dimethylformamide, 2-5 wt.% graphene oxide, 8-18 wt.% acrylic acid, 4-12 wt.% trimethylolpropane triacrylate, 0.5-2 wt.% 2,2'-azobis(2,4-dimethyl)valeronitrile, 0.1-1 wt.% gold chloride acid, and stirring for 30-40 minutes, then adding 0.1-1 wt.% camptothecin, raising the temperature to 60 plus minus 2 degrees C and stirring for 4-6 hours to obtain imprinted soluble capsule, and (iv) taking step (iii) imprinted soluble capsule and dropwise adding 10 mu l to step (i) glassy carbon electrode, placing in an infrared lamp, drying to remove volatile solvent, soaking in a mixed solution of ethanol and acetic acid for 6-8 hours, removing the template molecule on the electrode to obtain final product.
