▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Mixed lithium-ion electrode comprises a first mixture of a lithium metal oxide compound and a second mixture of a lithium iron phosphate compound. The first mixture and the second mixture are combined in a mixed mixture with a ratio of the first mixture to the second mixture from 0.01-99.99. USE - Mixed lithium-ion electrode used in lithium-ion battery for electric vehicle (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The mixed lithium-ion electrode is capable of improving energy density, maintaining thermal stability, and providing protection from multiple charge and discharge cycles compared to the well-known lithium metal oxide cathodes or lithium iron phosphate cathode. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Mixed lithium-ion electrode comprises a first mixture of a lithium metal oxide compound of formula (LiXO2), where X is nickel, cobalt, manganese, aluminum, iron, or its mixture, and a second mixture of a lithium iron phosphate compound of formula (LiYPO4), where Y is iron, manganese, cobalt, nickel, aluminum, titanate, or its mixture. The first mixture and the second mixture are combined in a mixed mixture with a ratio of the first mixture to the second mixture from 0.01-99.99. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: 1. a lithium-ion battery, which comprises: a separator, and a mixed lithium-ion electrode, where the separator is between the mixed lithium-ion electrode and an anode; and 2. a method of manufacturing a mixed lithium-ion electrode, which involves: (a) providing a first mixture of a lithium metal oxide compound of formula (LiXO2); (b) providing a second mixture of a lithium iron phosphate compound of formula (LiYPO4); and (c) combining the first mixture and the second mixture into a mixed mixture with a ratio of the first mixture to the second mixture from 0.01 to 99.99.
