NOVELTY - A self-cleaning coating comprises 50-60 parts mass combined resin, 20-25 parts mass ethyl acetate, 16-18 parts mass propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, 10-12 parts mass nano titanium dioxide, 5-7 parts mass nano aluminum nitride, 3-5 parts mass graphene, 15-18 parts mass polydimethylsiloxane, 5-8 parts mass silane coupling agent, 2-3 parts mass cobalt black, 3-5 parts mass leveling agent, 3-5 parts mass dispersant, 1-3 parts mass defoamer, 1-2 parts mass wetting agent, 2-4 parts mass UV light absorber, 2-4 parts mass light stabilizer and 13-16 parts mass filler. USE - Self-cleaning coating for aluminum alloy doors and windows. ADVANTAGE - The self-cleaning coating show excellent durability and weather resistance. The polydimethylsiloxane has low surface tension, and is synergistic with other components will reduce the surface tension of the self-cleaning coating made, and can effectively prevent inhalation stains from penetrating the coating film. The formed coating film has a high hydrophobic angle, and various adsorbent stains in the air are difficult to adhere to the surface of the coating film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the self-cleaning coating, which involves (1) adding combined resin into the mixing equipment, mixing at 500-550 rpm for 20-25 minutes, reducing the stirring speed in the stirring equipment, adding dispersant, leveling agent, ethyl acetate and wetting agent in sequence, mixing for 30-35 minutes, obtaining into base material, (2) feeding the base material into mixing equipment, feeding into ultrasonic dispersion equipment for ultrasonic dispersion treatment for 10-12 minutes, (3) adding filler, cobalt black, UV light absorber, light stabilizer, nano-titanium dioxide, nano-aluminum nitride, graphene, nano-aluminum nitride, silane coupling agent and defoamer into the mixing equipment and stirring for 45- 50 minutes, feeding the base material in the ultrasonic dispersion equipment into the mixing equipment and mixing together for 15-20 minutes, making a mixture, (4) feeding the mixture into the homogenizer for homogenization for 13-15 minutes, adding propylene glycol methyl ether acetate into the homogenizer, and mixing for 15-18 minutes and homogenizing for 10-12 minutes.
