▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene natural rubber anti-radiation composite foam material comprises 55-65 pts. wt. natural rubber, 12-17 pts. wt. polyolefin elastomer, 13-18 pts. wt. high-pressure polyethylene, 8-11 pts. wt. barium sulfate, 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. graphene, 1.2-1.5 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 2.5-3.5 pts. wt. zinc stearate, 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. stearic acid, 1.7-2.2 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 4-6 pts. wt. flow aid, and 1.8-2.5 pts. wt. foaming agent. USE - Graphene natural rubber anti-radiation composite foam material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene natural rubber anti-radiation composite foam material is lightweight, and has excellent density, wear resistance, tensile strength and mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the graphene natural rubber anti-radiation composite foam material, which involves: (A) weighing the raw materials of the composite foamed material; (B) introducing the natural rubber to an internal mixer, mixing under the conditions of 134-138 degrees C for 10-14 minutes, discharging, and storing the natural rubber at room temperature for more than 48 hours; (C) combining the natural rubber and crosslinking agent, introducing the raw materials other than the foaming agent into the internal mixer, mixing under the condition of 92-97 degrees C for 10-14 minutes, then mixing at 102-107 degrees C for 8-12 minutes, then adding crosslinking agent and foaming agent, mixing under the condition of 116-120 degrees C for 8-10 minutes, and discharging to obtain a mixed rubber compounds; (D) introducing the mixed rubber compounds obtained in step (C) to an open mixer, thinning 2-4 times on the open mill, and discharging the mixture to obtain an open rubber mixture, and finally introducing the open rubber mixture into a mold for hot-press foaming, cooling and molding.
