▎ 摘　　要

NOVELTY - A copper foil (10) has total number of oxide and sulfide having diameter of 0.5 mu m or more of 15 particles/mm2 or less with respect to an elemental-analysis measurement of surface using scanning electron microscope before heating at 1000 degrees C for 1 hour. USE - Copper foil is used for manufacturing graphene (claimed). Uses include but are not limited to separator for fuel battery, transparent electrode, conductive thin film of display element, mercury-free fluorescent lamp, composite material and carrier of drug delivery system. ADVANTAGE - The graphene having large surface area is economically manufactured with high yield, using the copper foil.
