NOVELTY - An on-line electrochemical detection device comprises separating liquid pipeline (5). The separating pipe is orderly set from front to back with second circulating motor (61), third giant magnetoresistance chip module (62), and counter electrode (63). The separating liquid pipeline opposite wall is set on a graphene sensor (64). The graphene sensor is provided with a fifth electromagnet (65). USE - On-line electrochemical detection device. ADVANTAGE - The device creates a detection using graphene sensor and has improved sensitivity, accurate quantification of immunomagnetic beads and test data, improved accuracy, and reduced cost of testing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method of using the device.
