NOVELTY - Aqueous glue that replaces polyvinylidene (PVDF) and N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) and conductive agents, comprise 1000 pts. wt. deionized water, 85-115 pts. wt. thickener sodium carboxymethyl cellulose dispersion, 32-40 pts. wt. binder polyacrylate and polyurethane dispersions, 5-8 pts. wt. conductive agent multilayer graphene dispersion, 1-2 pts. wt. auxiliary ethanol, and 1.5-3 pts. wt. aqueous ammonia as neutralizer. USE - Used as aqueous glue that replaces polyvinylidene (PVDF) and N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) and conductive agents. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous glue improves energy density, conductivity of the conductive material, and adhesive force, reduce the internal resistance of the battery, reduces the battery cost, simplifies the battery process, improves the battery cycle performance, enhances the environmental friendliness of the battery process.
