NOVELTY - Preparation of high-quality graphene comprises preparing graphite oxide solution, regulating the pH at 7-8 by 10-30% ammonia water, continuously stirring, standing, washing the graphite oxide solution to neutral, centrifuging, pouring the supernatant to obtain large amount of neutral colloidal graphite oxide precipitates, adding the prepared neutral colloidal graphite oxide precipitates into hydrazine hydrate solution, ultrasonically dispersing, transferring into a reaction kettle with PTFE lining, reacting, filtering, washing with water, drying, and storing. USE - Preparation of high-quality graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method saves washing time and a lot of water and has simple operation, low cost, and high yield. With respect to the specific surface area and specific capacitance, the obtained high-quality graphene is not inferior to the graphene prepared by utilizing the conventional method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of high-quality graphene comprises preparing graphite oxide solution, regulating the pH at 7-8 by 10-30% ammonia water, continuously stirring for 10-30 minutes, standing for 5-10 minutes, washing the graphite oxide solution to neutral, centrifuging for 5-65 minutes in centrifugal machine, pouring the supernatant to obtain large amount of neutral colloidal graphite oxide precipitates, adding the prepared neutral colloidal graphite oxide precipitates into 85 mass% hydrazine hydrate solution at 1:5-5:1 volume ratio, ultrasonically dispersing for 30-300 minutes, transferring into a reaction kettle with PTFE lining, reacting at 150-250 degrees C for 24-60 hours, filtering, washing with water, drying to obtain large amount of black graphene, and storing in a desiccator.
