NOVELTY - Graphene-cobalt nickel sulfide (CoNi2S4) nanocomposite material is graphene-CoNi2S4 nanocomposite material, the particle size of CoNi2S4 is 7-30nm, the areal density of CoNi2S4 nanoparticles on the graphene surface is 1-6 CoNi2S4 particles per 400 square nanometers. The graphene layer number is 1-5 layers. USE - Graphene-cobalt nickel sulfide (CoNi2S4) nanocomposite material used in the fields of supercapacitors, catalysis, and lithium batteries (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-CoNi2S4 nanocomposite material has high conductivity, good dispersibility, not easy to agglomerate, high mechanical strength, and high electrochemical activity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a for preparing graphene-CoNi2S4 nanocomposite material, which involves: (A) preparing graphite oxide with modified Hummers, and then weighing 10-50 mg graphite oxide, add 10-30 mL deionized water and sonicating for 2 hours; (B) weighing a certain amount of cobalt salt 1-4mmol, nickel salt 0.5-2mmol, and sulfur salt 4-40mmol; (C) adding it to the above certain alcoholamine solution, and stirring to dissolve; (D) controlling volume ratio of the aqueous solution to alcohol amine solution is between 1:5-4:1; (E) controlling ratio of nickel, cobalt and sulfur salts have a molar ratio between 1:2:4-1:2:10; (F) mixing obtained solutions uniformly, and then putting them into an autoclave with a polytetrafluoroethylene liner, and sealing them at a constant temperature of 120-240 degrees C for 5-30 hours; (G) washing product with distilled water and absolute ethanol 3 times each, and drying in vacuum at 60-100 degrees C for 5-12 hours to obtain the graphene-CoNi2S4 nanocomposite; and (H) controlling concentration of cobalt salt in the mixed solution at 0.01-0.12mol/L.
