▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - A graphene-containing film (100) comprises graphene (101) comprising a polyethylenimine (103) chain which is bonded to a graphene skeleton (102). The graphene-containing film has a ratio of the photoelectron intensity at the energy peak position of the C1s orbital with respect to the photoelectron intensity at the position at where the binding energy of 288 eV of 5.5-20 on an indium tin oxide film measured using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopic spectrum. USE - Film used for graphene-containing laminate for photoelectric conversion element (all claimed) for solar cell e.g. single crystal silicon solar cell, organic solar cell, and organic-inorganic hybrid solar cell. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-containing film has excellent transparency, electroconductivity, ion-shielding effect, and uniformity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) production of the graphene-containing film, which involves (a) adding and heating the polyalkyleneimine to graphene oxide aqueous dispersion, (b) adding and heating a reducing agent to the dispersion liquid, and (c) applying to the base material dispersion liquid; (2) the graphene-containing film laminate; and (3) a photoelectric conversion element. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a conceptual view of structure of the graphene-containing film.
