▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Composite indoor formaldehyde adsorbent comprises modified molecular sieve and coating layer coated on the modified molecular sieve. The coating layer comprises 10 pts. wt. gadolinium-titanium dioxide-activated carbon composite powder, 0.05-0.5 pts. wt. aminated graphene, 0.2-0.8 pts. wt. manganese dioxide, 1-5 pts. wt. diatomite, and 1.8-2.5 pts. wt. binder. USE - The adsorbent is useful in adsorbing formaldehyde (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The adsorbent: quickly removes formaldehyde; has long and continuous action time; has simple preparation method; and is excellent for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the composite indoor formaldehyde adsorbent, comprising (i) taking gadolinium-titanium dioxide-activated carbon composite material powder, aminated graphene, manganese dioxide, diatomite, and binder, dispersing the binder uniformly in water to prepare 10-22% binder solution, mixing gadolinium-titanium dioxide-activated carbon composite material powder, aminated graphene, manganese dioxide, and diatomite to obtain a coating mixture, (ii) placing modified molecular sieve in fluidized bed granulation coating machine, adjusting fluidization temperature to 55-65 degrees C, making modified molecular sieve in a fluidized state, then sending the coating mixture to the fluidized bed with flowing air, colliding with modified molecular sieve, then spraying into the binder solution, binding mixture of coating layer to the surface of the modified molecular sieve to form a coating layer, and preparing finished product.
