▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - A nano-platinum cobalt/porous gold/graphene composite material comprises graphene paper loaded with porous gold and platinum-cobalt nanoparticles grown on surface. Platinum-cobalt nanoparticles are granular and grown on the porous gold framework. USE - Nano-platinum cobalt/porous gold/graphene composite material used for preparation of electrodes or electrochemical sensing of glucose in human blood samples. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has high stability, high sensitivity, high accuracy and fast determination effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of nano-platinum cobalt/porous gold/graphene composite material, involves preparing graphene oxide by modified Hummels process, taking certain volume of oxidized graphene solution on glass plate, naturally drying, stripping down to obtain oxidized graphene paper, carrying out chemical reduction of prepared oxidized graphene paper by hydroiodide immersion, washing, drying, preparing gold-silver alloy thin film by melting process, soaking silver in concentrated nitric acid to obtain nano-porous gold film, washing, spreading washed porous gold film on graphene paper, using a three-electrode system as working electrode adding sodium sulfate, chloroplatinic acid hydrate, and cobalt chloride hexahydrate plating solution for deposition to prepare platinum cobalt alloy nanoparticles, taking out, reacting, washing, drying at room temperature. The molar ratio of platinum to cobalt is 1:1-1:10; and (2) usage of nano-platinum cobalt/porous gold/graphene composite material for preparation of electrodes or electrochemical sensing of glucose.
