NOVELTY - Preparing high thermal conductivity graphene composite film material comprises preparing a sandwich structure of GO-Cu-GO composite film material by electrophoretic deposition of a graphene oxide suspension and distributing the copper particles between layers of graphene oxide sheets during the layer-by-layer deposition of the prepared composite film material. USE - The method is useful for preparing high thermal conductivity graphene composite film material. ADVANTAGE - The film has a specific size and thickness and can be applied to different heat sinks.
