NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene comprises adding graphite powder and solvent at ratio of 5-50 g/L into reaction kettle with stirring device, continuously stirring until reaction is finished, cooling to room temperature, pumping carbon dioxide gas by high-pressure pump, reacting at 35-80 degrees C and 8-30 MPa under supercritical state, opening ultrasonic wave generator, performing ultrasonic peeling reaction for 10-300 minutes, rapidly releasing pressure to normal pressure, cooling temperature to room temperature, repeatedly washing, centrifuging and drying. USE - Method for preparing graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has simple operation, short reaction time, high yield and good product quality.
