NOVELTY - A separation membrane comprises a polymer support layer, and a coating layer comprising graphene oxide in at least one base resin chosen from polysulfone, polyethersulfone, polyvinylidene fluoride, polyacrylonitrile, polytetrafluoroethylene and polypropylene, formed on a surface of the polymer support layer. The coating solution for forming coating layer comprises 6-10 wt.% graphene oxide, and 1-10 pts. wt. at least one adhesion promoter e.g. polyoxyethylene alkylaryl ether, sorbitan fatty acid ester, polyoxyethylene alkyl ester, polyoxyethylene alkylamine, alkylester, alkyl phosphate, alkyl sulfosuccinate, and alkyldimethylbenzyl ammonium chloride, and 10-50 pts. wt. at least one polyfunctional compound e.g. polypropylene glycol (meth)acrylate, cyclohexanedimethanol di(meth)acrylate, tricyclodecanedimethanol diacrylate, trimethylolpropane tri(meth)acrylate, pentaerythritol tri(meth)acrylate, pentaerythritol tetra(meth)acrylate and trimethylolpropane triacrylate. USE - Separation membrane is used for water treatment. ADVANTAGE - The separation membrane can improve treatment efficiency and throughput of sewage and wastewater by inducing improvement in performance and permeation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A separation membrane comprises a polymer support layer, and a coating layer comprising graphene oxide in at least one base resin chosen from polysulfone, polyethersulfone, polyvinylidene fluoride, polyacrylonitrile, polytetrafluoroethylene and polypropylene, formed on a surface of the polymer support layer. The coating solution for forming coating layer comprises 6-10 wt.% graphene oxide, and 1-10 pts. wt. at least one adhesion promoter chosen from polyoxyethylene alkylaryl ether, sorbitan fatty acid ester, polyoxyethylene alkyl ester, polyoxyethylene alkylamine, alkylester, alkyl phosphate, alkyl sulfosuccinate, alkyldimethylbenzyl ammonium chloride, alkylammonium salts, dimethylalkyl betaine, and aminoxide, and 10-50 pts. wt. at least one polyfunctional compound chosen from 1,5-pentanediol (meth)acrylate, 1,6-hexanediol (meth)acrylate, 1,9-nonandadiol (meth)acrylate, polyethylene glycol (meth)acrylate, polypropylene glycol (meth)acrylate, cyclohexanedimethanol di(meth)acrylate, tricyclodecanedimethanol diacrylate, trimethylolpropane tri(meth)acrylate, pentaerythritol tri(meth)acrylate, pentaerythritol tetra(meth)acrylate and trimethylolpropane triacrylate. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for production of separation membrane.
