NOVELTY - Single-component platinum catalyst is claimed. The platinum catalyst is a shell-core microcapsule structure, the shell-core microcapsule structure includes inner core material and outer shell material, the inner core material is platinum, and the outer shell material includes polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol, polystyrene, or polyacrylate. USE - The single-component platinum catalyst is useful for preparing silicone rubber synthetic leather (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The single-component platinum catalyst ensures convenient use, uniform catalysis and stable storage. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing silicone rubber synthetic leather, comprising (i) weighing 55-75 pts. wt. shell material, 15-25 pts. wt. core material, 0.5-1 pts. wt. emulsifier, and 20-40 pts. wt. water, stirring and mixing the core material, water and emulsifier to obtain mixed solution, primary heating, adding the shell material to the mixed solution, stirring and mixing, secondary heating, vacuum distilling, cooling, filtering, retaining of solids, and drying to obtain catalyst, (ii) weighing, 1-2 pts. wt. catalyst, 40-50 pts. wt. silica gel matrix and 3-5 pts. wt. cross-linking agent, stirring and mixing the catalyst, silica gel matrix and cross-linking agent, and ultrasonically treating to obtain silicone rubber, and (iii) synthetic leather includes base fabric layer and a rubber layer, coating glue on the base fabric layer, brushing silicon rubber onto the base fabric layer, and hot pressing to obtain the synthetic leather.
