▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method (100) involves acquiring (102) a sample biological specimen with a biosensor, and obtaining (104) spectral data for the sample biological specimen by performing Raman spectroscopy. Spectral data analysis is performed (106) by aligning corresponding control points of spectral data with data in a database that includes spectral images associated with a confirmed condition. A report is delivered (108) based on the spectral data analysis. A portion of a graphene layer is functionalized to form a binding site, where the graphene layer comprises the binding site to bind or react with the sample biological specimen. A diagnostic decision is provided based on the spectral data analysis. USE - Method for analyzing sample biological specimens of a patient by a healthcare provider through spectral imaging. Uses include but are not limited to blood, mucus, saliva, nasal swab, tear, sweat, feces, and urine at a home, a nursing home, a testing facility, a hospital, a bedside and a triage center, by a physician, nurses, therapists, administrators, pharmacy personnel, technicians and lab technicians. ADVANTAGE - The method enables realizing rapid identification and providing accurate concentration measurements and results through the biosensor, thus improving analysis accuracy, and hence ensuring better diagnosis and treatment effects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a system for analyzing a sample biological specimen by spectral imaging; and (2) a method for analyzing content of a biological sample. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flow diagram illustrating a method for analyzing sample biological specimens of a patient through spectral imaging. 100Analyzing sample biological specimens of a patient by a healthcare provider through spectral imaging 102Acquiring a sample biological specimen with a biosensor 104Obtaining spectral data for the sample biological specimen 106Performing spectral data analysis 108Delivering a report based on the spectral data analysis
