▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Thermoset omniphobic composition comprises thermoset polymer comprising polymerization reaction product between ethylenic-polyfunctional first monomer, and optionally ethylenic-functional second monomer which is different from ethylenic-polyfunctional first monomer, omniphobic polymer, and at least one filler distributed throughout thermoset polymer, where the filler comprises nanoclay, graphene oxide, graphene, silicon dioxide (silica), aluminum oxide, cellulose nanocrystals, carbon nanotubes, titanium dioxide (titania) and/or diatomaceous earth. USE - The thermoset omniphobic composition is used in coated product (claimed) and in screen display, window, and building material coatings, and used as protective coating on substrate, such as metal, polymeric, or other substrate, such as for solar panel, sensor, optical window in sensor, glass/window panel and automobile surface, such as glass/window portion. ADVANTAGE - The thermoset omniphobic composition has favorable dirt repellency, excellent water resistance properties, mechanical properties and chemical properties and high degree of crosslinking, and the coated product exhibits favorable water contact and sliding angles as well as favorable transparency values in dirt accumulation tests. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a coated product comprising substrate, and thermoset omniphobic composition coated on surface of substrate; and (2) a method for forming thermoset omniphobic composition, involving (a) providing reaction mixture comprising ethylenic-polyfunctional first monomer, optionally ethylenic-functional second monomer which is different from ethylenic-polyfunctional first monomer, omniphobic polymer, and at least one filler comprising nanoclay, graphene oxide, graphene, silicon dioxide (silica), aluminum oxide, cellulose nanocrystals, carbon nanotubes, titanium dioxide (titania) and/or diatomaceous earth, and (b) curing reaction mixture to form thermoset omniphobic composition comprising thermoset polymer comprising polymerization reaction product between ethylenic-polyfunctional first monomer, and ethylenic-functional second monomer (when present), omniphobic polymer, and filler distributed throughout thermoset polymer.
