NOVELTY - Preparing silver graphene complex material comprises e.g. purifying graphene and dispersing in hydrochloric acid solution, carrying out ultrasonic dispersion, heating and stirring under magnetic stirrer, cooling the solution, centrifuging the mixture, precipitating, washing using deionized water until it turns to neutral, collecting the obtained black powder and drying in an oven, adding the purified graphene into the mixed acid solution, heating, condensing and refluxing, cooling, centrifuging the mixture, precipitating and washing the material using deionized water until it turns neutral. USE - The method is useful for preparing silver graphene complex (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The silver graphene complex has good electrical conductivity and resistant to explosion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing silver graphene complex material comprises (i) purifying graphene and dispersing in hydrochloric acid solution, carrying out ultrasonic dispersion, heating and stirring under magnetic stirrer, cooling the solution, centrifuging the mixture, precipitating, washing using deionized water until it turns to neutral, collecting the obtained black powder and drying in oven, (ii) adding the steps (i) purified graphene into the mixed acid solution, heating, condensing and refluxing, cooling, centrifuging the mixture, precipitating, washing using deionized water until it turns neutral, carrying out acidification of graphene to obtain acidified graphene black powder, adding graphene black powder into silane solution and carrying out ultrasonic dispersing, placing the material in an silane solution and drying in oven and evaporating the silicon compound solution, (iii) dispersing the step (ii) graphene material, carrying out ultrasonic processing, maintaining the pH of the solution to 10.3-10.6 using sodium hydroxide solution, carrying out ultrasonic processing to obtain graphene suspension, (iv) dissolving silver nitrate in distilled water, adding concentrated ammonia and stirring, collecting the brown start hydrogen oxide precipitate to obtain colorless transparent silver ammonia complex solution, maintaining the pH of the solution to 10.3-10.6 using sodium hydroxide solution or sodium tartrate solution to obtain silver ammonia solution, (v) adding the step (iv) prepared silver ammonia solution into step (iii) prepared graphene solution, carrying out ultrasonic processing, placing the mixed liquid in oil bath pan and filtering under low pressure, washing the filter cake with deionized water, drying the filtrate in an oven to obtain the silver graphene complex material. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for use of silver plated graphene explosion suppression material in flame retardant high density polyethylene, where the explosion suppression material is macromolecular complex material, where preparing silver graphene complex material as mentioned above.
