▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Hydrogel comprises poly(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) and at least 1 wt.% of graphene material, where the oxidation degree of the graphene material is 10-50% (oxygen atomic percentage). USE - The hydrogel is useful in medicine, veterinary or cosmetic, a material and an article comprising a medical device, preferably a cartilage substitute, an intervertebral disc, a catheter, a vascular graft, a heart valve, a stent, an artificial kidney, an artificial lung, a ventricular assist device, a contact lenses, a keratoprosthesis or a scaffold (all claimed), and soft robotics, packaging, sealing and sensors. ADVANTAGE - The hydrogel: exhibits extreme stiffness, high-strength, water absorption capacity, surface wettability and biocompatibility; maintains the non-fouling properties (low protein and cell adhesion); and specifies a non-effect in surface features of poly(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) upon graphene material incorporation previous studies showed that graphene nanoplatelets incorporation in polylactide increased its surface hydrophobicity and reduced platelet activation in the presence of plasma proteins, while incorporation of graphene oxide in polyetherimide increased its hydrophilicity and prevents platelets adhesion.
