▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Growing thickness of reduced graphene oxide comprises (a) dispersing a reduced graphene oxide (RGO) powder, (b) adding metal nano powder to the dispersed RGO powder to obtain a dispersed mixture, (c) drying the mixture, and (d) heating the dried mixture at 600-800 degrees C to form RGO having thickness of greater than or equal to 10. USE - The method is useful for growing thickness of reduced graphene oxide. ADVANTAGE - The method can induce rapid crystal growth by improving flatness of the RGO surface, and is simple. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for RGO-based nanocomposite having thickness growth of 10-30 layers analyzed by X-ray diffraction evaluation method.
